Refunds and Returns

CereCalm™ Returns & Shipping Policy

1. Returns

We currently do not offer a “change-of-mind” money-back guarantee. However, we will gladly accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, email support@cerecalm.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you wish to return

  3. A brief reason for the return

Once we confirm eligibility, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable. After the item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method (less any outbound shipping charges).


2. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we strive to dispatch orders quickly, please contact support@cerecalm.com immediately if you need to update the delivery address, adjust quantities, or cancel an order.

  • If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.

  • Processed or shipped orders cannot be altered or cancelled.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

All products undergo strict quality checks, but if your order arrives damaged or appears defective:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@cerecalm.com.

  2. Attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows no movement 30 business days after dispatch, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

  • If tracking states “Delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel, please file a claim with the delivery provider first, then inform us.

  • CereCalm is not liable for deliveries that fail due to incomplete or incorrect address details, or for parcels left unattended at the recipient’s address.

  • Undeliverable parcels returned to us will not be refunded; reshipment costs will be invoiced to the customer.


5. International Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are separate from shipping fees and are non-refundable in the event of a return.
